Well-being

Wellness in mind, body and spirit is vital to your success at university.

Health and Wellness initiatives are staffed by trained service providers (family physicians, personal counsellors, registered nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists and wellness educators).

The following are some of the services available to you.

Student Health Services

You can receive a wide array of health services through Student Health Services’ appointment-based clinic. You can receive medical care, allergy injections, immunizations and more.

Counselling Services

You can access free mental health support from a member of the clinic’s multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, physician psychotherapists and social workers, to meet student’s varying needs. If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused or unsure of your mental health state, contact us to take steps to help yourself.
