Well-being
Wellness in mind, body and spirit is important to your success at university. The University of Guelph’s Student Wellness Services offers a variety of services, including physicians, personal counsellors, accessibility advisors, registered nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, wellness educators and peer helpers.
The following are some of the available services.

You can access medical services at U of G’s Health Services clinic, including regular checkups, dietary advice, free seasonal flu shots, dispensing of birth control pills and products prescribed by health services doctors, and a walk-in clinic.
Counselling Services
You can also access confidential counselling at Counselling Services if you need individual support to work through the personal challenges that impact your ability to adjust to university life and succeed at school and in other areas of your life.
Wellness Education
The Wellness Education & Promotion Centre is a student-driven, safe space where you can find support for your health and well-being. You can get information kits on health-related issues like stress management and attend workshops about healthy eating, mental health and many other topics.
