General Admission

UOF values inclusivity and equal access to university education for all students, regardless of their financial resources or specific needs.
Admission criteria:
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or the equivalent provincial or international diploma.
- Successful completion of at least 6 courses taken at the 4U/M level in Ontario (Grade 12
pre-university or pre-college level) or equivalent level according to the province or country where the courses were taken. - The minimum academic average (depending on the program) in the 4U/M level courses or equivalent, per the province or country where the courses were taken.
- Minimum of 3 years of study at the high school level where French is the main language of instruction.
Mature Students
Mature students can submit their application online and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Transfer Policies
Students can request for the registrar to review their transfer credits after they receive their letter of acceptance from UOF.
To transfer to UOF from a similar program at another university, submit an OUAC application. The registrar will then review your application and follow up with you.
