Mental Health Services
You can book an appointment to meet with Mental Health Services or the Four Directions in-house Cultural Counsellor to discuss a range of issues to help you achieve a healthier and more balanced life. You can talk through any concerns or challenges you may be experiencing, resolve personal difficulties and deal with crises or distressing situations.
Some faculties such as Engineering, Business and the School of Graduate Studies now have embedded counsellors within the faculty.
Reach out to the Four Directions Indigenous Student Centre to learn more about the cultural aspects of health or to set up an appointment with the Cultural Counsellor.
