Student Life

Explore your interests at university – both inside and outside of the classroom.

You will have the opportunity to attend social events or join a student club, perhaps play extracurricular sports (varsity or recreational) or, if you live on campus, become involved in your residence community.

Intramurals are organized, student-based sporting leagues offered in a variety of sports and activities. Many of these leagues offer a recreational or competitive division of play.

Extramurals provide you with the opportunity to be a part of a competitive team, travel to compete against other postsecondary institutions and further develop sport-specific skills through participation in a higher level of sport.
